International Way’s professional sports programmes are aimed at all national and international sportsmen and women aged 16 and over who wish to further their professional sports training in Barcelona.

All athletes will be evaluated by both our technical team and the performance team at the selected club. Our main aim is to maximise an athlete’s potential in a high performance club and to guarantee their success in their chosen sporting career.

International Way’s sports department has experts who design and develop new and innovative training methods.

We work with our athletes on an individual basis in areas such as sports psychology, technique, tactics, fitness and nutrition.

We place the athletes in competitive environments and we test the speed with which they adapt to different competitive situations.

We complement their club work with weekly sessions of specialised training.

Athletes are trained in English and Spanish by national and international staff.

Our programmes focus on values such as effort, modesty, tolerance, respect, discipline, order and commitment.
The quality of our training, methods and excellence of our technical teams is guaranteed. Athletes will always have our help and support in order to overcome the challenges and objectives they have been set.

A student visa is required to compete in official matches for those under 18 years of age. Without a student visa you can only take part in club training and friendly matches.

All sports facilities are required to comply with the health and safety protocols established by the health authorities. In addition, they guarantee the quality and efficiency of the training methods in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all athletes.
