INTERNATIONAL WAY is looking for promising young sportsmen and women. If you think you have what it takes and would like to develop your sports career in Barcelona, we will evaluate your physical abilities, your attitude and other factors that could determine your success as an individual or in a team, in one of the sports clubs in Barcelona or in the Catalan/Spanish federations.
Our technical scouting department, in collaboration with representation agencies, is dedicated to the recruitment of talented sportsmen and sportswomen. We invest in and supervise their full training programme from the age of 16 and represent them throughout their professional career.
We are committed to assessing and looking for the best career options once they have finished their professional sports career as we know these are relatively short. We prepare athletes for professional retirement and post-competition life.
We have a programme of sponsorship from international companies and public and private institutions to facilitate access for young athletes and students with a high sporting and/or academic level.
Sports grants will be awarded according to sporting level and the criteria of our sports directors and sponsors, who will assess the potential of each applicant. Academic scholarships are based on the student’s academic history.
